Payments to be done within 24hrs after receiving the order confirmation invoice via email from us. We will hold the item/s for 24hrs and if payment is not received within the stipulated time frame the item/s will be placed back in stock.

We strongly urge buyers to opt for registered post as Mad Chicks are not liable for lost mails via normal postage mailings. We will however indicate our return address to minimize the possibility of the parcel getting lost completely.

Certificate Of Posting (COP) is used as proof that we have posted your items out and it was accepted at the Post Office for Normal mail since there is no tracking number provided.

• For non-urgent items, this mode offers low in price but high in reliability
